McMenemy | Holmes is a civil litigation, trial, and appellate boutique law firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada. First, and foremost, we are litigators, trial attorneys, and appellate advocates. That is what we do, and we are good at it. We emphasize in the areas of personal injury, product liability, business and commercial disputes, construction and real estate litigation, insurance bad faith, and appeals. Fee Arrangements
As a boutique law firm, we can employ a variety of fee arrangements. We pride ourselves on having flexibility to find the right fee arrangement for each client’s case.
For our plaintiff’s personal injury cases, we handle these cases on a contingency fee basis, which means you don’t pay us unless we win your case.
For our business and commercial litigation cases, we can consider a variety of fee arrangements from hourly fee arrangements to alternative bespoke arrangements, including hybrid fee arrangements, and contingency fee and success bonus arrangements. We work closely with our clients to establish the best fee arrangement for their case as well as reflects the shared risk and value of the case.
