Ian M. McMenemy

Mr. McMenemy has extensive experience and knowledge in handling cases involving personal injury and insurance bad faith from the initial injury to trial. Vegas born and licensed in Nevada, he has represented the local community and victims of personal injury incidents against the multi-billion-dollar insurance industry. He is proud to have successfully recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Mr. McMenemy is experienced in handling over a thousand personal injury matters in state and federal courts. He has tried and prosecuted cases to settlements, mediations, judgments, and jury verdicts. He is relentless in his pursuit and personally handles every case because he is driven to obtaining the maximum outcome for his clients. His experience with insurance companies and compassion about his client’s needs allows him to evaluate his client’s injuries and navigate around defense tactics by insurance hired lawyers and doctors attempting to delay and deny his clients’ compensation.

In his free time, Ian enjoys spending time with family, friends, and attending Notre Dame, Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Raiders sporting events. He also dedicates his time to giving back to the Las Vegas community by volunteering through Catholic Charities and Nevada’s aspiring legal community by judging the Nevada High School Mock Trial Competition.
